Back carries are great for taller babies or toddlers!
Great pictures! That carrier looks gorgeous, I wish my daughter would have stayed smaller longer. She’s always been way too tall to babywear.
I’ve never heard that phase before. Love babywearing though!!
That carrier is absolutely GORGEOUS! Babywearing warms the heart!
I totally agree babywearing is way easier and has so many more benefits than a stroller. It is also a great way to keep baby healthy away from germs when they are very tiny, I wear my baby daily and without my carrier I would be so lost!
I couldn’t agree more! I put on my mei tai for the first time yesterday and remembered how much I loved it! Elliette is definitely sitting pretty <3
Your pictures are so cool!!
Baby wearing is ideal for a lot of situations where it is stinkin impossible to bring the stroller. We always pick berries in the summer and go to the beach and when my kids were younger I was always wearing one of them in those places.
Love my CatBird baby carrier!! That picture of your family is not only gorgeous it pretty much sums up so many reasons I love babywearing! What a great post!!
Your Mei Tai is so pretty! I am a huge fan of babywearing and totally agree with everything you are saying. It just feel right for me and I am so glad I have followed that instinct with all 4 of my kids. I have never heard of the catbird seat—love it!
I had no idea that’s where the name came from! So cool!
I love babywearing too, and the things people say to me out in public are usually all so positive, it’s really nice. I’ve had some people same stupid stuff but for the most part it’s been good!
Love!!! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting CatBirdBaby a couple of times now at the ABC Expo and always love to see their beautiful carriers and chat with the friendly faces—great company! <3
I’ve never heard of Catbird Seat before now, but I love learning about the English language. That baby carrier looks adorable.
Babywearing seems like a great choice for both baby and mom.
First of all, I love the picture of you with your kids. So sweet. I also love the design of your Catbird Seat. So pretty. My kids are grown, but now the grandkids are coming. This would make a great gift. I have friends who do the whole baby wearing and love it. When my kids were young, it was all about making them independent. I hated that and I wasn’t too good at it, always carrying them. In fact, I was one of the few people I knew who breastfed all of my kids. I was a weird duck to people. I’m so glad now.
