Shipping within the US is by zone: Zone A is $6.95, Zone B $8.95, Zone C $9.95, all via USPS Priority Mail. Global Priority to Canada is $19, and to the rest of the world $26.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Catbird Baby mei tai baby carrier or pikkolo soft structured carrier. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve any problems. You may return (return shipping at your expense) your unwashed, unused carrier for a refund (minus original shipping) or exchange within 14 days.  Contact us within the 14-day period to receive authorization; the item must arrive back to use within an additional 14 days of authorization. Returned items must be in new condition, in original packaging with all components to receive full credit. If these conditions are not met, the return, if accepted, is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns or exchanges not pre-arranged will be denied. If your purchase is a gift for someone whose baby is not yet born, please make a note of that during checkout. Tell us the expected arrival date of the baby and we will be happy to make an exchange within 45 days of the due date.
