Warranty

All of our products come with a non-transferable 1-year warranty on parts and labor. We will either repair or replace, free of charge and at no shipping charge to you, the item in question. Proof of purchase from an authorized reseller will be required to service the warranty on any item. If you have any problem whatsoever with your product from Catbird Baby, please just contact us so that we can determine whether a repair or replacement should be made and to make arrangements to take care of any problem promptly.
