Shipping within the US is calculated in real time by the shopping cart and different service options are available for you to choose at checkout. We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. International shipments are via USPS Global Priority Mail.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from CatBird Baby! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us right away so that we may work with you to resolve any problems. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. It must be in new condition, unwashed, with packaging intact, and you must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to sending the item back to us. Contact us at 773.922.6570, or info@catbirdbaby.com or our contact form to obtain an RA number. When we receive the item we will process your return (purchase price of the item minus original shipping) within approximately one week. Returned items must contain original packaging and all components must be present in order to receive a full refund. Ship items in appropriately sized containers. Returns or exchanges without an RA number may be denied. Returns or exchanges not in new condition may be subject to a 20% restocking if accepted. If it is past the 30 day period and we agree to accept your return, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee as well. If your purchase is for a gift for someone whose baby is not yet born, please make a note of the due date at checkout and we will be happy to accept returns or exchanges up to 45 days past the due date. If you received a free shipping promotion an item that you return, the original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If you received a gift with purchase, the gift must be returned in new condition or the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
