1

Tie carrier around waist behind you with the fabric that you want to face out against your legs.

2

Pick up baby and hold against you, tummy to tummy, with his or her legs straddling your middle.

3

Pull the carrier body up over the child. Take one shoulder strap up over your shoulder and cross diagonally on the back, bringing back to the front. Repeat with other strap.

4

Repeat with other strap.

5

Bring straps either over child's thighs or beneath, if the child prefers and is at least 6 months old. Tie in front, or if length allows, you can take the straps over child's thighs, cross on the carrier body at child's bum, take back beneath the child's legs and tie behind you.
